Property ok for 4, could accommodate 6 but would be v cramped for 8. Terrace furniture - 4 loungers, 5 chair & 1 table - all seen better days & need replacing. Drains in bathrooms & laundry area had terrible smell despite putting disinfectant & bleasee more

Drains in bathrooms & laundry area had terrible smell despite putting disinfectant & bleach in them. Had to ask for a frying pan as none in property. Limited sockets in kitchen - had 1 for microwave, toaster and kettle which was a real pain. They should get rid of the kitchen door as it is frosted glass and hits dishwasher door if open and fridge door if open. As you can’t see through it you have no idea what’s going on. Very disappointed that pool was not open- was advised on enquiry that it doesn’t open until June 15th. This was not in the property advert anywhere, it just indicated pool was included. Perhaps they could say when it is open/ shut. Other pools in the area in other complexes were open as were all the hotel pools. Would not have booked this apartment if we had known pool would be shut. When we arrived there was nothing by way of basic provisions in the kitchen. On an environmental point I would suggest that some form of welcome pack/ basics be included in the apartment. Such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, basic spices. The food waste and environmental implications of every occupant having to buy these things and then dispose of them at the end of their stay is astonishing. An additional small charge for this would be a better option.
On the whole the decor, bathrooms, furniture is all a bit tired. |
