Very nice and comfortable apartment but cold because of no sun could reach the inside of th apartment. The built in room was very nice and made the stay comfortable because it was very windy on the terrace

Ya son más de 7 años los que llevamos pasando las vacaciones en esta zona y el segundo en este mismo apartamento, hemos repetido por su ubicación, por sus dimensiones y magnificas terrazas, además de la posibilidad de llevar a nuestro perro.

El año pasado hicimos la sugerencia de que se pusieran un par de hamacas en la terraza grande, ya que esta estaba infrautilizada, nos hemos llevado una alegría al ver que este año ya las habíais puesto.

Otra buena mejora seria contar con la posibilidad de una segunda televisión, bien en el dormitorio principal o bien en el saloncito que esta anexo a la terraza grande, ya que este espacio tampoco se utiliza demasiado. Muchas gracias. |

Somos clientes de varios años y echamos en falta una información más directa por su parte, entre un año y otro.
En esa zona hay bastante oferta para alquilar directamente pero siempre hemos preferido hacerlo a través de uds.

Que tuvieran en cuenta a clientes más o menos habituales a los cuales les pudieran ofrecer algún precio especial u oferta. Que mantengan el nivel de calidad de los apartamentos que alquilan. Hasta ahora, los que hemos alquilado, ha sido así y esperamos que siga siendo un tema importante para uds. En cuanto a la casa (Playa Verde 58) algunos detalles a mejorar (falta de mosquitera en el salón principal, mosquitera rota en la habitación principal, tostadora, alguna tumbona en la terraza-solárium que el año pasado estaba pero que imagino que han quitado por que no estaban en muy buen estado, ...) |

La terraza grande esta infrautilizada, nos hubiera gustado disponer de un par de hamacas en la misma, tal y como aparece en la fotografía, para poder leer o tomar el sol.

Me encanta las vistas que tiene el apartamento tanto a las marismas como al mar, sus dos magníficas terrazas así lo permiten.
